I have made an early start ordering and preparing frames for those painting which need them. The first event this year is the Contemporary Art Fair held in a stand at Newbury Racecourse April 22-24. It is my first art fair and I am looking forward to it. It's very important that the framing is right as it is the finishing touch to an artwork I decided to recolour some of the current frames and new frames will continue to arrive over the next few weeks I don't want too many at one time. Most of the frames are white and natural as it suites the style and colours I use. My larger paintings are hung unframed.
