In between landscapes ,I have returned to to my neglected Earth Song series . The current isolation at home is proving an excellent opportunity to expand the theme. The painting aims to symbolise the mysterious point where earth and sky merge, the conjunction where one becomes the other. Surfaces are blurred and soft multiple layers are built up making complex colour combinations of earth colours
